This is the worst storage facility that I have ever used. I tried to rent a unit online but that didn't work so I was forced to do a verbal contract over the phone. The Manager did not want to come out to meet me at the storage facility because she didn't want to be bothered. After assisting me with in putting my air conditioner inside the unit, she tossed me a packaged lock for the door and left me there. When I needed to get my documents from the unit, I had trouble getting in and called the manager, she sent a gentleman out to meet me and he apparently got the door open. I looked inside and noticed that I had been robbed and I was so upset and felt violated. I put in a police report but because there were no cameras outside the storage unit , there was no way of catching the culprits. When I went back to get my things out of storage I saw that some of my items had been returned which meant it was an inside job. I put my own lock on that I bought and left my air conditioner inside the unit. When I went to retrieve my air conditioner, I noticed that my lock was gone as well as my air conditioner. I had to call the police again. Also, the Manager charged me for February rent 3 days earlier than she was supposed to. I put in a dispute with my bank for reimbursement. I hope that this manager gets what is coming to her and that she loses her job.

Rented here for just about a year. Had a 10X20 unit, loved the space, the high doors were perfect for storing a small trailer. The owner is great, property is always clean and accessible! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
